Mrs. Flynt, our 𝓌ℴ𝓃𝒹ℯ𝓇𝒻𝓊𝓁 counselor, recently spoke to our 5th Grade scholars about 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘧𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘵 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯✨The students were given valuable tools to become effective “𝓅𝓇ℴ𝒷𝓁ℯ𝓂 𝓈ℴ𝓁𝓋ℯ𝓇𝓈,” helping them navigate challenges with confidence and positivity💙🐻💛

A 𝐇𝐔𝐆𝐄 Shout-Out to Ms. Anderson and her Third Grade Class for helping us 𝓈𝓊𝒸𝒸ℯ𝓈𝓈𝒻𝓊𝓁𝓁𝓎 close out our 2024 Book Fair📚🫶🏾✨Ms. Anderson bought each of her scholars a book and a bookmark as one of their Reading Incentives! #ReadersAreLeaders💙💛💙

"ℛ𝒶𝒾𝓃 𝒟ℴ𝓌𝓃 𝒪𝓃 ℳℯ..." 🌧️🎶Mrs. Binns' First Grade Class had an 𝔸𝕄𝔸ℤ𝕀ℕ𝔾 time during yesterday’s data collection activity! The students eagerly observed the rain gauge outside and were 𝑡ℎ𝑟𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑑 to see that they collected about 1 inch of rain💧It was a 🄵🄰🄽🅃🄰🅂🅃🄸🄲 hands-on science lesson, and the kids were excited to learn about measuring rainfall and tracking weather patterns🫶🏾🌧️✨

Dear GSCS, We have been working with local and state law enforcement since early this morning regarding rumors and social media posts. Their investigations have indicated that there is no credible threat in our community based on the information at this time. All schools are safe and operating per normal operating procedures.
