Pre-K Families, Mark Your Calendars! GSCS Pre-K registration for the 2025-26 school year will be held February 24-March 14. Students must be 4 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2025, to be eligible. Free EED Screenings will be held on February 26.

Her engaging presentation on healthy dental habits was both enlightening and inspiring for our young learners🪥🦷 Mrs. Love was able to convey the importance of oral hygiene in an accessible and enjoyable manner has left a lasting impression. The children are now more enthusiastic than ever about brushing, flossing, and maintaining their dental health. Her efforts have not only educated them but also empowered them to take charge of their well-being✨ We deeply appreciate the time and care that was invested in making this experience memorable. On January 16, GSCS hosted its 2nd Annual District Social Studies Fair. Students from across the district demonstrated their research and interview skills through the lens of social studies inquiry. There was a high level of participation from students in grades 3-10, with 46 projects representing 13 schools. According to the Georgia Council for the Social Studies rules, only grades 5-12 are eligible to advance to the Regional Social Studies Fair. Sixteen projects were selected to advance to the West Regional Social Studies Fair which will take place on March 15, 2025, at Langston Hughes High School in Fairburn.
